Privacy Policy

mojlink is a service for building a digital business card and a guest guide (mojlink.app). The data controller is:

• Account data – name, email and your chosen link (username) at sign-up.
• Profile content – whatever you enter yourself (contacts, links, section text, photos, apartment details).
• Inquiries – if you write to us via the contact form: your message and email.
• Technical data – visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies) and, with your consent, Google Analytics.

• To build and publish your page and enable sign-in.
• To respond to your inquiries.
• To maintain and improve the service (security, visit statistics).

The legal basis is performance of a contract (providing the service), your consent (contact form) and legitimate interest (security and basic statistics).

We do not sell data. We use trusted service providers (processors):

• Google Firebase – sign-in and database (account and profile storage).
• Cloudflare – hosting and anonymous visit statistics (no cookies).
• Google Analytics – visit statistics, only with your consent (cookies).
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads – on some public profiles/showcases, to measure ad performance and for remarketing. They load only with your consent and only on pages where the profile owner has set them up.
• Google reCAPTCHA – protection against spam and form abuse.

Necessary cookies/local storage (keeping you signed in, spam protection) always run because they are required for the service to work. Analytics and marketingcookies (Google Analytics and, on some profiles, Meta/Facebook Pixel and Google Ads) are enabled only after your consent via the banner that appears on your first visit. You can decline – in that case these cookies are not set.

We keep account and profile data while the profile is active, i.e. until you request deletion. We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond to them.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and to withdraw consent. For any of these requests write to majabencic@gmail.com and we will handle it within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
